Scored in the row, stick by stick.
Your team picks the trial, finds the stick by its number or the variety by its code, photographs the plant and scores it on your own trait sheet: 1 to 9 scales, measurements with units, dates, yes or no. Each report carries its photo and, when the phone has a fix, its GPS point and accuracy.
Admins add crops and edit the questions from the dashboard. The field sees the change straight away.
No signal. Nothing lost.
Greenhouses kill signal, so CropEye does not need it. Once the app has been opened with signal, it opens and records without it. Reports wait on the phone, in order, and upload themselves when signal returns.
Tested: reports waited almost 7 hours in Airplane Mode and still arrived with their photos and GPS.
